i want to send an IDoc via https.
Can i use the http-adpater
and if yes then how?

Your question is not very clear...You want to send an idoc to r/3 for every http message you get...then you can use idoc and http adaptor...

The IDoc arrives with an IDoc-Adapter in the XI.
Then i want to send the IDoc (now in xml) to a https-address.

does this means that R/3 is the sender system and it sends IDOC's to XI and you want to send this via a receiver HTTP adapter?
if yes,then its a simple IDOC to HTTP scenario,as long as the data is XML you can send it via HTTP adapter,it does not matter what does that XML contains
