Deploy from Visual Admin

Hi,

i m implementing SAP note 764176:

...If so, stop and restart in the J2EE Visual Admin --> Server --> Services, and deploy application sap.com/com.sap.aii.af.cpa.app.>

- Does anybody know, how to deploy that application?

- Under "Server/Services/Deploy" a button "deploy" is available. A new window opens and is asking for a file. Which file (path) is to put there and how can i find it?
