Crystal Report--Please wait while crystal report Print Control is loading

Hi,

When i try to print crystal report it is saying "Please wait while crystal report Print Control is loading" with a loading symbol.

Any idea how to resolve this ?

CR Viewer uses an ActiveX PrintControl dll that your Browser needs to install.

Likely a permission issue or they are not using IE because IE is the only Browser that supports ActiveX controls.

Change they setting to use PDF, they get to export to PDF format only now.
