SAP C4C Worklfow task delegation

Hello Experts,

I need help on C4C workflow approval. We have a requirement where a workflow approval recipient can forward the approval request to a different user for approval. Is this possible and how do we set this up?

Please note this is not delegation when user is on vacation. User should be able to delegate individual workflow requests to different users.

Hi,

Within an approval process, you can define several approval steps with different approvers and conditions.

You can set it up by following the configuration steps here:
