Benefits Participation show blank page

Hi all,

I configured Employee Self- Service on SAP ECC 6.0 , EP 7.0

When I click Benefits and Payment --> Participation Overview, the portal cannot show anything and just show blank page.

May I define any infotype or do anything?

Please help me !

Thanks in advance

Yes, Inorder to see the participation overview you need to maintain benefits related infotypes such as 171 (required) , 167-170 , 377. For eg. Inorder to display only health plans - maintain 167.

      Dear Javed,

I maintained infotypes: 167,168,171, 337 but problem doesnot fix.

The same problem is in Adjustment Reason Enrollments.

      - I see items: New child or Children, Get maried.

      - I click this item, the portal show blank page

      Please help me,

can you please confirm the following.

    1. Is this problem with only participation service?

    2. if 1 is yes then are you getting any dump in R/3 (check transaction st22)

If the Iview is collapsed initially... I had this same issue... it's from one of the SP levels (can't remember which one).

The iview is delivered with an atypical parameter. I think it was:

Initial State - Open of Closed

      • SAP had it set as CLOSED.

      • Reset it as OPEN.
