Hi,

I just realized that when updating service call via DI API, the BoSvcEpxDocTypes only support A/R documents such like SO, AR Invoice, Delivery or Return, but it doesn't support AP document like PurchaseOrder. The problem is that SAP client supports AP document, so if someone add a AP document in a service call expenses tab using SAP client then I can't update the service call via DI API. I always get error saying "Invalid valid value '22' in Enum 'BoSvcEpxDocTypes', the valid value are the valid values are '13', '15', '16', '67', '14', '17' "

We recently upgrade to SAP B1 9.2 PL03(32 bit), SQL2008. Not sure if this issue is brought by new DI API, as I don't have old SAP B1 9.0 or 8.8 anymore.

Any idea and how I can fix it? Looks like it is a bug in DI API.

Thanks,

Lan

Hi Lan,

There is already a thread discussing this issue (and I believe you were there as well) here: https://answers.sap.com/questions/41526/service-call-error-on-update-92-invalid-valid-valu.html

As it seems this might be in fact a bug with the API. You can open a ticket with SAP support and try to push this issue (the more reports they get the higher priority they might give it).

If you do go ahead and open a ticket, please let us know the response from SAP. This will help others facing the same issue.

Thanks.
