Delta missing...very urgent

Hi all,

I am working in PRD.There was a error message as below,

Data Package 1 : arrived in BW ; Processing : Data packet not yet processed

So i have made the Qm status to green.We got 124 from 124 records so i made QM status to green.

This was happened on 13th of sep and after that all the laods are successful.These many records are missing in the cube.

From ODS to Cube we are loading the data.

Could anyone let me know what can be the solution for this? how to get the missed deltas.

Hi,

remove the delta request from all the data targets.. reset the data mart status in the source ODS and start the delta once again.

if your data target is an ODS object and its getting updated from two different source ODS, then check if there was any request that was activated at the same time along with the wrong delta request...

ODS Manage Screen -> Delete the Datamart Status for the Latest request loaded to ODS.schedule the delta Infopackage which shall load the delta to your provider..

Hi Manjula,

You are saying you made request to GREEN, then how delta missed. Can explain bit more..? Delta failed from ODS to CUBE..?

Hi Manjula,

Are you loading via PSA?

Then look in the PSA for the package with the missing datatarget icon.

Do a right click and load the package.

If no PSA exist, you will have to remove all packages from the cube and do a new init.

(Removing everything can be complex if you have more than one datasource for your cube)

Assing points if helpfull.

p.s., next time you have this problem:

Set status to red (not green) and rightclick on the datapackage for which the message is missing. Do a manual upload and reset the status to its original.
