SAP LT Replication Server DMIS 2011 SP13 Guided process? see details

I am going to upgrade my SLT from DMIS 2011 SP09 to ...SP13, the e latest, will I need to delete triggers/ logging tables and reload after completing the upgrade or is the option of SUSPENDING or simply stopping replication the answer? Also, is the a Guided process document for upgrades
