Data was not loading in to DSO?

Hi every one,

I'm facing problem with DSO.we are loading data from SAP CRM to BI7.0 system Data was loaded up to PSA and it showing still running status.when i checked in DSO right click on Mange it showing green status ..then i checked in Mointor is showing yellow status..In details tab :with yellow status Extraction :484 records sent.

Yellow status Transfer :data package 1:arrived in BW,2nd processing step not yet to finished.

so i am not able to figure out problem.

please provide any inforamtion on it..
