Billing date

hi,

how to stop the user from creating a billing document with a date which is older to the goods issue GI date in delivery.

EX . if the GI date is 12/11/2007

the system shold not allow to create billing document on 11/11/2007 or 10/11/2007 or any such date which is below the GI date.
