MRP Run includes Void order

Found that the MRP run includes all voided Sales Order.

How can we configure such that MRP should not consider all Voided Sales Order.

Void order means what orders?

Ther are many ways of bloking the sales orders...but you have give us the meaning of voild sales order, then we can suggest.

Hi Sethu,

Check with your technical people if they are setting status of DLFL field while creation of sales order? if for some reason if the Sales order line item is removed the program might be updating this field, resulting in void sales order line item for this particular Material.

In MTO Scenario when MRP is triggered you might comeacross this situation

Can you please explain your situation in which Sales order is Void? To me a sales order does not become relavant for MRP in the following cases,

1. Scheduline Category is CN.

2. Sales order line item is rejected.

3. Delivery for the sales order is completed.
