Cature user details

Hi Experts,

I have a run a BDC program having <b>IE02</b> transaction. when the program execute i need to check whether the transaction is locked or not.

If the transaction is locked i need to capture the <b>USER</b> details who has locked the transaction.

can any one help me in this issue.
