Table Got refreshed

Hi Friends,

I Have a issue related to Z-Tables,last week i saw few entries in a Z-Table,but today when i checked it contains more than 1000 entries,i have a doubt whether the Development box has been refrshed whether it is possible to check the dates when the table got last refreshed?
