Hi Team,
we are trying to upload service tickets in to C4C via template, but we are getting below error
"Update not possible; specified data for SERVICE_REQUEST with key ID-CONTENT = `00000000000000000000000000000012222 does not exist"
Please share us valuable inputs to overcome this issue.

Hi Chandra,
I assume you are using the Migration templates to upload the tickets.
Are you getting this error in migration tool? If so, looks like you are using the wrong migration mode.
Please provide further details so we can help you better.
