Rounding profile - SD order

We are dealing lately with the "Quantity Optimizing and Allowed

Logistics Units of Measure" customization , with the rounding profile

and find the following problems:

1. The first problem:

We have material with basic unit of measurment TH and a suitable rounding profile Which defins that there should be a 100% rounding down always.

However when creating a sales order the system rounds up and not down.

2.The second problem:

We need to create a situation where:

2.1 The basic unit of measurment of a material is TH. This logic unit

defines 1000 UN, An alternative unit of measurmsnt is FF = a box of 50

Un (which means that 20 FF = 1 TH).

2.2 When creating a sales order we need the system to round down into

multiple of 50. Example given:

- When a customer orders 100 UN the sales order includes an order of

0.1 TH and no rounding shouls take place.

- When a customer orders 220 UN the sales order includes an order of

0.22 TH and the system should rounds down to 0.20 TH

- When When a customer orders 5560 UN the sales order includes an

order of 5.56TH and the system should rounds down to 5.5 TH

and so on.

We tryed definding it and set the data but when creating a sales order the system Again rounds up and not down.

Have anyone costomized a semilar case? Or mabey you may help us understand Why does the system rounds up and what do we need for the specific case described?

Thank you and Regards,

Elizabeta Starozhilets.
