Arabic data conversion in upgrade 4.6c to ECC 6

Hi friends.

This is a SAP upgrade from 4.6c to ECC 6.

In previous system(4.6c) coustmer have mentained the data in standard and Z tables in Arabic font with language key AR.

During upgrade that data is corrupted and now it is showing some junk data.

So I want to know is there any way ( for example SAP Note or to run a program ) to restore that data in arabic format.

Your any suggestion is valuable for me.
