Dear Friends,

I have a rule which have many responsiblites. I have deleted one of responsiblity and created a new one. But when i transport my TP to QAS, the old responsiblty is still coming in the rule and giving the wrong results.

Can you please suggest how to edit the responsiblity?

Thanks & Regards,

Manoj

Hi,

It seems like you are having this problem because your Rule and your transport request are not in sync.

When you create responsibilities, the SAP system saves your responsibility related entries in a customizing transport request (and not a workbench request). If you delete an entry, it disappears from your PFAC screen. But if you check relevant task in your customizing transport request (in SE09), you will probably see all the entries intact (including the one that you have deleted). You will have to manually delete the entry from your customizing task so that it doesn't get transported.

regards,

Javed.

Thanks Prabhakar,

Let me explain the problem, I have defined a responbilties in a rule, system automatic create a number and i have assigned a user also. and transported my request.

then i deleted this responbilties and create a new one and assigned a new user to the new reponsbilties .I have transported to this responbilties to QAS. But the system is showing old responbilites with zero condition and user is assigned there.

Since Condition is zero means blank, it get satisfied with all the check and gvinig uncorrect result. How to unassigned the agent from the previous responsibilites which have been deleted from the system.

Please give me ur suggestion.

Thanks & Regards,

Manoj

I hope you are using OOCU_RESP for this...Check the start dates for the responsibilities...

Hi,

First Deactivate it and Delete then test over there with Simulate Rule resolution.

Then Proceed there for transportation.
