hi,

I want to know the difference between LBWQ(qrfc monitor outbound queue) and

SMQ1(qrfc monitor outbound queue).

whats their process in R3 and BW and how they r related?

Additionally whats the process of SMQ2(qrfc monitor inbound queue)?
