Field Department in TA BBPATTRMAINT

Hi Guys,

I'm configuring SRM as Add-On to ECC 600 and facing the problem, that the field department in transaction "Edit Attributes" is empty and with F4 Help no values are available. Also I cannot edit attributes like CNT.

What represents the field department on this screen and where can I configure entries for it?
