Hello,
we have a NetWeaver 7.0 SP11 on Windows 2003 server 64Bits
MI user type is already implemented and synchronization is OK
The problem is in the NWA (mobile web administrator):
We create a Hierarchy Group without problems but, when we try to assign users to it, the list users does NOT show me any users.
We apply the Note:1005765 but do not work
Thanks
is your problem solved?

Hi Gabrial,
Can you check the client number of middleware set for NWA and for the user creation.
Start Visual Admin (go.bat).
1. expand till JcoRfcProvide and check the client number set here.
2. expand till ConectionContainer check the same for SAPJRAFactory_EN and all others language.
it should be the same where you create the user.

Satyendra
Hi Gabriel,
have a look into your other post. I think it is the same thing here - you just have not seen the error message from SAP that is shown on the original window and not in the popup where you enter the values. Inthe moment you close the popup, the error message disappears as well..... So, when you press save, watch the upper part of the original window, there you should see the reason for your specific problem.
Hope this helps to solve your issue.
Regards,
Oliver

Hmm, could be a similar problem anyway:
You search for the users. A second window opens - there you see the user on the left. In the bottom corner between the left and the right window you see these two buttons. One tells "<<", the other one ">>". I guess you have not selected that to copy the user to the right part of the screen. Then another window will show up if the user has already some devices. And then the save should work fine - I think.
Hope this helps to solve the issue.

Oliver
Hi Gabrial,
have a look into the other quesiton you had - I think the problem could be similar - the error message is shown in the upper part of the original window. Have a look there and see if you get more information from there what you missed. Mostly it is just a missing dataset or so.
Hope this helps to solve the issue.

Oliver
