Sales offices and sales groups determination based on scennario in CRM 7.0

Hi,

My company is using the same Organization A for Sales Org and Sevice Org

I created Sales Offices nad Sales Groups for this Organization. Now I need to split some Sales Offices and Sales Groups for Sales and Service scennarios, example:

Sales Offfice 1 should be available only for Sales Transactions while creation

Sales Office 2 should be available only for Service Transaction

I was trying to use checkbox for Sales and Service scennario in ppoma_crm for every object but this doesnt work.

Should I use maybe some custom solution ?

Hi,

you do not need any custom solution. This is provided by standard. All depends on customizing.

you need to,

1, assign sales office 1 to sales org in org model. sales office 1 shall be assigned to sales org's sales areas only. Scenario SALE's permitted checkbox shall be checked.

2, sales off 2 shall be assigned to serv org in org model. I do not think service off can be determined though. Scenario SERVICE's permitted shall be checked.
