Please Guide>>>Three Partners A,B and C started real Estate Business by purchasing land for office Rs.3,000,000 invested by Partner A, Rs.2,000,000 invested by Partner B and Rs.1,000,000 invested by Partner C. After that, they started Construction on Land to build their office and start business operations. In construction of Expenses Partner A incurred Rs.1,500,000 in purchase of materials, payments to constructor and Electric Works. Partner B incurred Rs.1,000,000 in Sanitory works, Office furnitures. and Partner C incurred Rs.500,000 in paint works and AC fittings and office stationery and office equipments. Total Expenses incurred by three partners is Rs.3,000,000 in construction of office to start its business operations. what journal entries will be passed for both transactions? should we consider their construction expenses as their capital invested in business or should we charge this Construction Expenses in new created head named as Office Construction Expenses? Please guide me under your professional knowledge for these transactions.
