PM Work Order - Latest start Date & Latest Finish Date

Hi All

Can you please let me know how SAP is calculating "Latest Start date" & "Latest FInish Date Calculation" for every operations? What are various Factors affecting on it & How? Up to which status of WO we can update the dates & how?
