PI Post installation help

Hello,

After installing PI, What is the next step i have to do. Whether i need to run template installer or Performing PI-Specific Steps for SLD Configuration.

I can see these two steps in installation guide. Which one to start with.

what is below sentence mean. Which user i have to login.

"You must perform the following activities on the SAP Web AS 6.40 SR1 central instance host on which you have installed the component SAP Exchange Infrastructure"

Where do i use DDIC and sap* in post- configuration.

I need confirmation do i need to do all post installation with PISUPER
