HR Forms - Changing logo

Hi,

My client is using the standard HR form HRBEN0006 report for benefits confirmation. They want to change the logo of this form that comes up. But I'm not sure where exactly this needs to be done. Can anyone please help me in doing the same? Any help will be greatly appreciated.
