HR Forms - Changing logo

Hi,

My client is using the standard HR form HRBEN0006 report for benefits confirmation. They want to change the logo of this form that comes up. But I'm not sure where exactly this needs to be done. Can anyone please help me in doing the same? Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Hi

You did not mention whether its a smartform or a script. If its a SAP Script form then open the form in Se 71 and look for the INCLUDE statement. Most probably you will find this in Header Or Main Window.

Note down the object name and text-ID. Then you can go to Trasaction SO10 and open up this object. Overwrite the object with the path to new image.

But the downside is, the new image will represent this standard object in each and every form where it is used.

its not SAPSCRIPT or SMARTFORMS..its HR Forms...! They are different.

Hi Mandrake,

I have the same requirement in Adobe Forms -

In transaction PR05 (Travel Expense Manager), The 'Results' output is displayed as an Adobe Form ( Form - PRTV_EXPENSE_FORM . )

We need to change IDES logo to company logo ..

Can this be done without creating an altogether new Z-Form ?

Could you tell me the steps how you changed the Logo in Expense Report I am also working on PRTV_EXPENSE_FORM but couldnt get through.

Hello Ashrut & Latha,

My issue was with HR Benefits reports. But I see that your issue is related to Expenses in Travel management. Here is the way to fix this.

1) Goto SPRO

2) Financial Accounting->Travel Management->Travel Expenses->Dialog and Travel Expenses Control->Form Structure

At this node u have all options to change the headers and the form layouts too.

Thanks for your reply, I know the path to access the form but my question was in that path you have mentioned ( TCode: SFP ) for form PTRV_EXPENSE_FORM in the "Context" tab when I check the node "I_FORM_HEADER_DATA_EMPLPYEE", "I_FORM_HEADER_DATA_EMPLPYER" and other nodes but they dosent have a subnode to change IDES logo. Unfortunately the "Layout" is not displaying throwing up an error saying "design tools not present(not installed)"

I searched with terms LOGO/Image/Graphics on the form in "Context" tab but nothing showed up in the search

Could you please tell me the node if you know
