How to create a repository which is a super set of an existing repository

Hello KM gurus,

I have an existing cm repository - A. Now I am in need of creating one more repository B, which should contain A. I mean to say, B should be super set of A. How do I go about in creating B so as to make it one level up of an existing repository A? Please advice.
