Can we automate creation of bank details and bank account details in SAP HANA

Hi Experts,

I got the following requirement from the client.

1. An vendor master should be created while an XML is uploaded and should update the bank details for that vendor.

2. In the future if the vendor changes the bank IBAN then another XML upload will be done to change the vendor bank details.

Here our constrain is that when bank details are updated in the vendor master if bank master is not available it should be created automatically (FI01) and also the bank account (NWBC - manage bank accounts).

We can create bank master using BAPI_CREATE_BANK but how can we create bank account automatically?

Please help me i am basically a controlling consultant and i am new to FI as well as For HANA.
