How to configure subsistence allowance in indian payroll?

If an employee is under suspension or the suspension inquiry he/she is paid subsistence allowance. Subsistence allowance is based on basic pay and dearness allowance.

Employee under suspension for initial 2 months 50 % of the Basic pay and DA

is paid. After the completion of initial 2 months and the subsequent months if the delay is caused by the organization the employee is paid 75% of basic pay and DA. If the delay is caused by employee 25% of the basic pay & DA is paid.

If employee is found guilty than employee is terminated. If employee found not guilty the balance amount is paid.

Please help me in configuring the above scenario

You can also create an absence as suspension with 50% and 75%. Change the employee group and file the abscence

Hello Shanthan,

This seems like a custom requirement. I think you might need to create a custom PCR or a function for the same. Please note that the standard PY-IN solution on SAP supports Employment Status (stat2) values of 0 (Withdrawn) and 3 (Active) only. So, if you are trying to use some other employment status for a suspended employee you might need to go for extensive modification of the existing solution as every report might need to be modified.
