Product master download: Plant not assigned to location in CRM

Hi,

Doing the initial download of Product Master, MATERIAL object. There are some matherials that have problems in SMW01 as following error:

"Plant XXX is not assigned to any location". DNL_PLANT object has been download succesfully(green).

Any idea??
