URGENT - EE Photo Configuration (4.7 - Enterprise)

Hi Friends,

I would like to know STEP-by-STEP details on configuration of Employee Photo in 4.7 SAP R/3 Enterprise.

I do have some reference documents from www.sd-solutions.com, and even I have gone through some of sdn old posting,

Still I'm looking for something different that:

- Is there any patches we need to apply to the present system
