SAP PI Sender FCC carriage return within content causing issue

we are working on a file to idoc scenario, coupa is the file sender.

The file is csv with each field within double quotes

ex: "2017-08-14T04:00:00Z","CarriageRtn-T25","false"

At times few fields are coming with carriage return CR within text

ex:

"false","put stuffCRLF

hereCRLF to mess upCRLF

the interface"

How to handle CRLF on the inbound file ? here are my FCC parameters

1. endSeparator 'nl'

2. fieldSeparator ,

3. enclosureSign "

Does COUPA solution provide standard ESR contents like SAP Pre-Delivered Integration Content for Ariba Network ?

Coupa and Ariba are two different vendors, Coupa has standard integration documentation more like message mapping documents BUT NO there isn't any pre-delivered Integration Content, we did check with SAP tech support.

There is no Pre-Delivered Integration Content for Coupa.
