Hi,

Is there any possibility to show some user helpful information in BEx ?

To be more clear, I have 2 user input variables - 1 to enter starting date & the next for the range of months.

Range can be a number along with +/- sign, i.e., +2 means from starting date to 2 months forward, -2 means from starting date to 2 months backward.

So how can I let the user know before he/she inputs the value that this is how the value should be given? If it can be communicated through BEx query, I would prefer that rather than the verbal or e-mail communication.

Please help.

Hi,

The most easy thing to solve this is to set in the description of the variable an example of user input for instance

Month (for previous set -1)
