Selective Deletion from Cube and Delta Loads

Hello Friends. I am looking for a practical answer since we are having this requirement at

<b>Option#1</b> BMW Automotive Cube to Delete All Data History everything completely From Automotive Cube#1 <b>only once a quater.</b> Then do the Delta Load to <b>Automotive Cube#1 from DSO#1</b> which has all Years data like 2007 , 2008 so delta should bring now every thing since we deleted all the data from Cube. and then Continue Delta loads from next day onwards till next quater.since that should bring now only the daily changes from dso ???<b> will that work or our delta will not work from DSO to Cube??? . I am not deleting any Data from DSO and PSA. We are doing this Quaterly load since I am modifying theOnce a quater DSO Table by using the Start Routine which is working fine.</b>

Option#2

BMW Automotive Data to Delete Quaterly Data From Automotive Cube#1 by moving the Quaterly Data say 010.2007 to 012.2007 to Approval Cube#2. Then do the Load to <b>Automotive Cube#1 from DSO#1</b> ONLY For Quaterly Data like DTP Filter Fiscper 010.2007 to 012.2007.

This option of selective deletion is manual is there any way to automate this for every quater.

Then continue the Delta loads from next day onwards till next quater. will that work or our delta will not work if I do this selective deletion.

hi sonia,

you can always carry out selective deletion using number of days OR number of last loaded requests. let me know if you don't manage to find that tab.
