smartform (please very urgent)

Hi experts,

i have developed as per our requirement complete smartforms .Actually standard script already there in sap i.e formname: J_1i_57f4 and program name:j_1i57fpn.

output type:J1if.

my problem is that i have attache my program and form in nace.

but in my program there is no selection screen for input. but they want this smartform should print with transaction J1iv. Acutally they want standard selection should be used.

select * from itab where docno = ? and docyr = ? how here values comes?

how can my program fetch the value from table?

please very urgent help me to come out of this critical problem.
