CharM error: No maintenance cycle is open for the current system

Hello!

I have successfully configured CharM functionality in SAP Solution Manager 4.0 (SP 13).

When I try to set a urgent correction in status "In Development" I get the following error:

<b>- No maintenance cycle is open for the current system</b> (meanwhile I have a valid maintenance cycle created and activated).

Futhermore I get the additional warning:

IBase component is not a productive system in system lanscape

Can some help me with this issue?

Thom,

when you create the "change request" document, which IBase component do you select? You have to select the Ibase component related to the Productive system which is the Target system for the transports.

Hello Raquel,

thank you very much for your response.

I have tried almost all the possibilities:

- creation of message from source client in satelite system

- creation of message from target client in satelite system

I get the same error.

I have two system landscape:

SRM:000 and SRM:100

I have also checked the tcode /TMWFLOW/CHARMCHK for the consistency of my project.

Everething is green, besides BC set which is yellow.

Should I perhaps close the existing project and create a new one?
