HTTP Status 404 - Servlet B1iXcellerator is not available / on 2007A

2007A PL08, MS SQL2005, B1i installed during B1 installation, integration service is running. When trying to run Control Center, just after entering dB login and psw I get the error message : HTTP Status 404 - Servlet B1iXcellerator is not available.

I have seen some other threads with the same problem, but I am installing B1 2007A, where the background shell be installed automatically. Am I right? What shell I do to make Servlet B1iXcellerator available?
