HTTP Status 404 - Servlet B1iXcellerator is not available / on 2007A

2007A PL08, MS SQL2005, B1i installed during B1 installation, integration service is running. When trying to run Control Center, just after entering dB login and psw I get the error message : HTTP Status 404 - Servlet B1iXcellerator is not available.

I have seen some other threads with the same problem, but I am installing B1 2007A, where the background shell be installed automatically. Am I right? What shell I do to make Servlet B1iXcellerator available?

Thanks

Lubos

    Lubos,

As stated in our email exchange ...

    1. Verify that you are using a supported version of MS SQL Server.

    2. Verify that the user login and password you are attempting to use are the actual SQL Server Db login and password.

    3. Verify that you have started the Integration Service via the Business One Service Manager and it is running.

Problems with Control Center solved! I have noticed that there is another installation of Tomcat, probably from the old Preview version of B1 2007. So I have uninstalled B1i, deleted all folders with Tomcat, installed B1i again, and now the Control Center works!
