How does Fiori Lauchpad support multiple application origins?

within one launchpad we want to provide UI5 applications that reside on different gateway systems without transporting the applications to the system that hosts the launchpad. One example would be to integrate the My Inbox app from an S/4 Hana and a custom UI5 app from a separate Gateway into onew launchpad.

Currently we set up a launchpad on one gateway and try to overcome the CORS issue with a web dispatcher in front of the gateway that dispatches requests according to patterns provided in the target mappings of the applications. The problem with this approach is, that for some resources (e.g. sap.ui5 libraries) they should come from the same origin whereas others (e.g. custom application code) comes from different origins. It seems to be impossible to configure the dispatcher correctly for all the dynamically loaded javascript files.

We know that it is possible to address different back end systems for one UI5 application using the sap-system parameter, but this does only help for the data layer (and not the application code itself).

Do you have any experiences or suggestions according to realize such a landsape?

Thank you and best regards,
