Schedule Adapter

Hi all,

we are in Netweaver 2004s SP 9, we dont have schedule the adapter in Communication Channel monitoring. so we want to upgrade to SP10.

1)Can any one please tell me the process to upgrade the support package?

2) which one must i upgrade ABAP stack or JAVA stack if i want get the schedule the adpter functionality?
