deployment aborted

hi

when i deploy the first webdynpro applin( welcome project), deployment aborted error is coming.

the detailed error is

i have given all the settings of j2ee engine, and engine is also in green when i open j2ee perspective.

Deployment Exception: server -

did not accept login request as admin on port -

Details Error: Could not establish connection to server -
