2LIS_11_VAHDR does not show deltas

I activated the data source 2LIS_11_VAHDR and when testing the contents of the data source by using RSA6 and selecting DataSource Extraction Test it gives me 285 rows.

These are rows that were there when I activated it.

However we inserted many more orders, from vbak we see more then 800 records.

It looks like something went wrong with the configuration for the delta, can somebody explain me how to configure the delta for this data source?

Hi,

For initialization:

Step 1: Tcode LBWG delete content of Sales order application compoenent no 11.

Step 2: Fill stepup table by using Tcode OLI7BW(For Sales Order).

Step 3: Test it with Extractor checker(RSA3) put maximum No of extraction , Number of extraction per call.

For: Delta:

Which updatemode(Direct,Delta,Unserialized) did you use for 2LIS_11_VAHDR.see it in Tcode LBWE

If it is direct,

Check the successfull initialization carried out for the datasource 2LIS_11_VAHDR in tcode RSA7.also find delta by press detial icon.Change pointer active in tcode BD61.

If it is delta queue:

You need to run collective job (job control in LBWE)to move extraction queue(LBWQ) to BW delta queue(RSA7).

Step 3: Test it with Extractor checker(RSA3) put maximum No of extraction , Number of extraction per call.

Hi,

This datasource is a LO datasource. these kind of datasources don't extract the data from transactional tables as VBAP. Before loading you have to fill the setup tables in the transaction OLI7BW for orders datasources. Before to fill the tables you have to delete them in LBW0. One time you have fill the setup tables you will see the records in RSA3. You have to init the delta with transfer data and after this load the new data is in the delta queu that you have to customize in LBWE. If you lose the delta data you have to fill the setup tables again because the delta queue is deleted everytime you loads the queue in BW.

Thank you for your quick reply.

Could you please specify the steps I need to do besides the steps you just mentioned in order to configure this datasource correctly (print screens would be helpful).

Also we are working with version ECC6 version 6.0and when entering LBW0 transaction i see the S260 for orders, while I have heard this is not used in ECC6 version 6.0.
