Can anyone please point me to some information regarding the recruitment procedures of internal applicants?
I have in particular questions regarding how qualifications are managed with internal applicants:
When an applicant is stored in PB with qualifications, but is an internal, what happens with the qualifications (both in PB and existing qualifications in PA) when the applicant is hired for the new position? Are the qualifications in PA updated with the ones in PB?
Lets say that with eRecruitment, the internal applicant can set his/her own qualifications. That could mean that the qualifications in PB can be not realistic as the applicant can over/underestimate him/herself. So in that case the qualifications in PA can be more correct and they shouldn't be overwritten.
So it's very unclear to me what the standard procedures are for internal applicants.
