Data Archiving

I'm having 2 problems.

1) Writing the BP data to the Archive File?

- the background job completes correctly

- are there any special options you need to select when you create the variant?

2) When I select the Delete Option the Archive Selection does not have any files available when you set it?

I'm assuming I can't set the Archive Selection as the file isn't writing correctly. So there is no file to select. When I go into the Archive Explorer no BP's seem to be written to CA_BUPA_ALL after I have done the write?

Note: I have flagged BP's for Archiving under status in transaction: BP.
