Unicode error while inserting data into table

INSERT INTO ZNAC_CAP_DTLS VALUES WA_CAP .

Error - The type of database table and work area "WA_CAP" are not Unicode-Convertible .....

ZNAC_CAP_DTLS is newly created table.

WA_CAP has the same structure as this table.

Can anybody help me in this ?
