HANA CTS+ import fails with RC=8, error-code 40137

Dear Experts,

we have configured HANA with CTS+ using solution manager Charm lite, when we are importing the TR into target system it fails with RC=8 when we check the log we are seeing the error code 40137 and 40136

FYR:

Please help me what could be the cause and how can we avoid it, the TR has DU created by the development team.
