Issue of stocks from storage location

Hi,

Can anybody suugest , how the following scenarios can be implemented in SAP

1. We have two different plants with two storage locations.

2. Various cost centres can draw materials from storage locations .

3. These cost centres are attached to plants, and the same can draw materal

from storage locations assigned to the same plant.

4. Is it possible to issue the materials from storage location of one plant to the

cost centre assigned to the another plant without any release of stock

transport order to the particular storage location.

5. If possible, how the same can be configured in SAP.
