CATs Cost center Posting to accounting

Dear Gurus

I am facing a problem that the cost centers entered through CATS doesnt appear in the posting of payroll.

i have entered the controlling area , reciever cost center , attendance type and number of working hours ,, i have released and approved and transferred the time to HCM , so what am i missing here ??
