How do I deploy only certain parts of an app to SAP Cloud Platform

I've imported an existing SAPUI5 app into SAP WEB IDE and wish to deploy it to SAP Cloud Platform.

Unfortunately the structure is not just one app, rather 3 apps within a parent app folder.

When I deploy to HCP it simply picks up the first app and ignores the other 2.

Can any of the config files (neo-app.json etc) be changed to allow specific folders to be deployed?

Hi Adam,

I'm afraid that having multiple applications in a folder is not a structure that is currently supported in Web IDE.

All applications should be directly under the root of your workspace.

When you deploy a project, an application build is performed in the background.

The artifact deployed to HCP is the result of this application build which represents only the productive version of the application and does not reflect the project's source files.

If the application is configured to be built upon deployment (by setting the SAPUI5 Client Build project type in the Project Settings), only the content of the build target folder (called dist by default) is deployed.
