Hi,

I am trying to download the above object as part of the initial download.

It is showing as running in R3AM1.

The status is SYSFAIL..

Message is "Hierarchy R3PRODHIER may only be changed in the original system"

Can any one pls let me know how to correct this ?

Hi Rohit,

Have you done all the necessary configuration steps before downloading the hierarchy as per the best practice document B09 - CRM customizing replication, sections 3.2.2, 3.2.3.?

Please refer to the below SAP note 369684 for complete understanding on the error message.
