AS91-Create Legacy Data

Hi gurus:

Im trying to create a new fixed asset trough transacction AS91 and the system shows the following error message:

"The closed fiscal year 2004 does not agree with transfer date 03/31/2004"

I would like to know the meaning of the issue and the way to solve it.

check date settings

SPRO => Asset accounting => asset data transfer => parameters for data transfer => date specifications => specify transfer date/last closed fiscal year.

Specify the date you need to transfer the legacy asset.

The legacy asset can only be created before the specified date here.

None as far as I know. This transfer date only applies to assets posted using AS91, hence it should not impact anything.
