HR Start date with employee bridging service

We seem to be unable to activate the original start date on the NPA forms with employees who have left the company and been rehired. It does not let us use the original start date from the prior employment data.

Is there any way to make the original start date appear and not the rehire date?

Hi,

Try to use infotype 0 start date with action type "Hiring" and use action type "12 -reentry into the company frrehiring.

Check the Infotype 0041 for original start date and Use the date type associated with it in the NPA forms.
